How it works
However old, worn or broken the car is, selling it to us follows the same simple route.
1. Tell us what you have
Fill in the offer form, call free on 0800 206 2366, or send the reg, mileage and a few photos on WhatsApp. Be honest about the condition: dents, warning lights, a failed MOT, a car that will not start. None of it stops an offer.
2. Get your offer, held for 7 days
We come back with a price. You do not have to decide on the spot: the offer stays the same for seven days.
3. Free collection, anywhere in the UK
Once you say yes, we agree a time and collect from wherever the car is: home, work, a farm, a lock-up or a car park. Non-runners included. We are open seven days a week.
4. Paid the same day
We check the car matches what you told us and the paperwork is in order, then pay you by bank transfer, or cash if you prefer, before it leaves. Nothing is deducted.
What to have ready
- The V5C logbook, if you have it
- Photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport
- All the keys you have
- If there is outstanding finance, the settlement figure from your lender

Does the condition of my car matter?
It affects the price, but it never stops us making an offer. Tell us honestly what is wrong and we will price it.
How long is my offer valid?
Seven days from the date we give it to you, as long as the car matches your description.
Do you charge any fees?
No. No admin, transfer or collection fees, and nothing taken off the agreed price.
Do you collect cars that will not start?
Yes, free of charge, anywhere in the UK.
